Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she started participating in fitness contests following the end of gymnastics. Her Professional Card was granted a year later at the age of 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at the age of 16, after she quit gymnastics. Within a single year, she obtained her professional license at 17 years old. She became one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had to spend an absence of six years from the stage after she received her Pro card in order to finish college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and carried on from where she previously left off competing in top competitions like that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued after her initial show for several years and set higher goals each year. For 2009 alone, 4 more fitness titles were added to her collection. Also, she became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) by winning in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel spent 6 years trying to finish her education following her Pro Card award. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut took place in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. She finished in 3rd place in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she was named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel took to the Olympia stage and took 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to be 6th place within the fitness division even though she not having any expectations. Ariel had to compete against the best of elite athletes. Ariel constantly improving her physique. Ariel likes to focus upon her lower back. She usually does bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. She usually warms up first and then proceeds on to the sets for working. Ariel is extremely efficient with her time. She does this by super making sure she is doing all her back exercises, and doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 reps. She would do this type of workout twice per week. One day would be light weight day and the other heavier weight day.
